Official foreign documents and deeds not drawn up in Dutch or English must, according to the VZ instructions, be accompanied by a legalised translation by a sworn translator.

- Make sure the scan is complete and clear
- Save the files per person
- Use the PDF format
According to the old source, each PDF file may not exceed 400 KB. To be confirmed by VZ
