VZ has a separate application for a declaration of naturalisation by marriage under Article 12 WNI.

What do you need?
Applicant / notifying party
- Valid residence or establishment permit with the three stamps described by VZ
- Notification form
- Legalised birth certificate
- Legalised marriage certificate
Spouse
- Passport or identity card as identification
- Nationality declaration and CBB registration declaration; according to the old source, these declarations must be valid and not older than six months

What happens after submission?
According to the old VZ instructions, you will immediately see a registration confirmation on screen, receive an e-mail within 24 hours and be asked to respond to that confirmation e-mail within 48 hours. To be confirmed by VZ
