What is this application?
VZ has a separate procedure for a declaration of residency under Article 21 WNI. The application is made on behalf of the minor child by the legal representative.
Who supplies which documents?
The legal representative
- Proof of residence/establishment or a nationality declaration
- Document showing legal representation
- Identity document
- CBB registration declaration
- Completed request form on behalf of the minor
Proof of legal representation may, according to the source, consist of a guardianship decision, a deed of recognition, a guardianship judgment or an adoption judgment.

- Passport or nationality declaration to establish nationality

What happens after submission?
